Step 1 is a free 30-minute discovery call to find the one bottleneck worth automating first. Step 2 is a paid $250, 90-minute onboarding session to map your workflows. Step 3 is the AI Team Setup: an orchestrator bot configured with your business rules and 2 to 3 week-one quick wins in drafts. Then you get a handoff pack and 30 days of weekly bot value reviews.

Your time on the discovery call, access to the accounts and tools the job needs (on accounts in your name), your business rules, and your approval on drafts. Please also share your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts) and the logins we agree on.

Keeping your team useful as your work repeats: specialist bots added as jobs come up, new skills and routines, and a monthly review.

There is no minimum term on Monthly Tuning. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

The setup fee is non-refundable once work begins.

Extra work beyond your setup: $350 per extra workflow and $500 per extra specialist bot, added whenever you need one.

For founding clients: 20% off setup, with the $450/mo Monthly Tuning rate locked for 12 months.

Agentfy pricing covers our setup and tuning work. Third-party costs such as AI model usage or software subscriptions are billed by those providers to your own accounts. We tell you up front what, if anything, you will need.

No. Bots work in drafts. Nothing is sent, posted, published or paid without your OK.

Bots only get the access a job needs, on accounts you control. Your data stays in your tools, you can revoke access at any time, and anything that goes out still needs your approval.

You own the accounts and data: bots run on accounts in your name and your data stays in your tools. Once paid, you also own the work we build for you, including code, websites and bot configurations.

Care ($350/mo): updates, backups, uptime and security monitoring, and 1 hr of fixes. Care Plus ($750/mo): everything in Care, plus 4 hrs of dev, faster response and a monthly report. Partner (from $1,500/mo): 10+ hrs, priority support and ongoing feature work.

No. Website care hours reset each month and do not roll over. Extra hours beyond your tier are billed at $125/hr.

Yes. You can move up or down a tier at any time, and the change takes effect at the start of the next month.

Fixes are small content and fix requests on an existing site, covered by your tier hours. Ongoing feature work is part of the Partner tier. Anything over 2 hours, or anything that adds new functionality, gets a separate quote before work starts.

We aim to handle requests right away during support hours. Care Plus includes faster response and Partner includes priority support. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time. Requests we can’t handle immediately get a response within 24 hours.

Yes. Website care is ongoing WordPress maintenance for existing sites. Takeover starts with getting access to your site and hosting, taking a full backup, and an initial review of the site so we know what we’re working with.
